To operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently to support the movement, storage, and dispatch of goods within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy, productivity, and compliance with health and safety regulations. This role involves manual handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow procedures within the warehouse to ensure efficiency and safety
- Carry out daily forklift safety checks and report defects
- Load and unload vehicles
- Move, stack, and store products in designated warehouse locations accurately
- Accurately pick and place orders in the designated delivery locations
- Assist in daily stock audits
- Maintain a flexible approach to work
- Carry out all general warehouse duties when required
Skills & Experience
- Flexi or Counterbalance experience essential
- Warehouse and WMS experience
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Strong Health & Safety awareness
Employment Details
- Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Current shift pattern: 8:00am – 4:30pm / 10:30am – 7:00pm (alternating weekly).
- Salary: 26,436.80 – 27,414 per annum dependent on FLT certification / fortnightly pay.
- Bonus: Up to 2,000 per annum, based on agreed KPI's and completion of qualifying period.
