General Description

Responsible for the build, test, and inspection of Jet Tender products, ensuring all work meets required quality and safety standards.

Main Duties

  • Assist in the assembly and finishing of moulded parts as directed by the Team Leader, maintaining high workmanship and quality standards.
  • Support the preparation of mouldings in line with the production schedule.
  • Assist in the preparation and bonding of boats.
  • Carry out cutting, grinding, and flow coating of bonded boats.
  • Support other areas of the manufacturing process as directed by the line supervisor.
  • Assist in the production of sub-assemblies as required.
  • Support the training of new and existing production operatives where needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workstation.
  • Operate in full compliance with company Health & Safety procedures and all related company policies.

Ancillary Duties

  • Undertake additional duties as required by senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Good standard of general education.
  • Either: Minimum 2 years' relevant practical experience or Engineering BTEC (or equivalent) with 1-2 years' experience in a similar environment.
  • Practical mindset with the ability to use conventional workshop hand and power tools.

Working Hours

37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm
