PK Education is currently recruiting for an Early Years Teaching Assistant to work within a preschool setting supporting children aged 3 to 5 years old. This is a long‑term maternity cover position starting after half term, based within a welcoming school environment.

Role Details

  • Full‑time position Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Long‑term maternity cover
  • Working within a preschool/EYFS setting

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
  • Have previous EYFS or preschool experience
  • Be confident supporting learning through play
  • Have a nurturing and engaging approach
  • Be reliable and able to commit long‑term

Higher‑level Early Years qualifications (Level 6/EY degree) are welcomed but not essential.
