We are currently recruiting experienced Cladders or a Cladder & Labourer for a large cladding remediation project in Wakefield working on a multi-storey residential development. The project involves the removal and replacement of existing external wall systems, including installation of compliant rainscreen cladding systems in line with current fire and building regulations.

Cladders Duties

  • Installation of rainscreen cladding systems
  • Fitting insulation, breather membranes, cavity barriers and helping hand systems
  • Installation of cladding panels, trims and façade components
  • Working from drawings and specifications
  • Ensuring works are completed to a high standard and in line with fire compliance requirements

Requirements

  • Proven cladding experience
  • Experience with rainscreen systems and façade remediation preferred
  • Valid CSCS Card
  • Ability to work safely and effectively on site
