Shift Pattern (4 week rotation):
- Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 06:00-15:00 over 3 weeks
- Late Shift: Monday to Friday, 15:00-00:00 over 1 week
- Overtime - Saturday Mornings: 06:00-12:00
