FRESH PRODUCE DELIVERY DRIVER - NIGHT SHIFT

£16.00 per hour + £2,000 achievable personal annual bonus! Temp to Perm role!

Are you a night owl who loves being on the road? Do you thrive in a fast-paced role where no two nights are the same? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We're on the lookout for dedicated Van Drivers to join a rapidly growing business delivering fresh produce across the Greater Midlands. This company has been thriving for 17 years and is still growing - now's your chance to be part of the journey!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Multi-drop deliveries of Milk, Bread, Eggs, Juices & more
  • Set routes - No guessing, just driving!
  • Around 400 drops per night (all in close proximity)
  • 4 x 10-hour shifts (40-hour week) - More work-life balance!
  • Part-time opportunities available
  • Full training provided (4-6 weeks) - Get set up for success!
  • Permanent contracts after 12 weeks for top performers!

Your Pay & Perks:

  • £16.00 per hour (first 12 weeks)
  • £2,000 annual bonus for good attendance
  • A stable, long-term career with a growing company!

What We Need From You:

  • Night shift experience - You're used to working while the world sleeps!
  • Valid UK Driver's Licence - No more than 3 penalty points
  • 3+ years of commercial delivery driving experience
  • Milk delivery experience is a MUST!

Shift Pattern:

  • Start: 21:00
  • Finish: 07:00
  • Work Nights: Monday (Sunday night), Tuesday (Monday night), Thursday (Wednesday night), Friday (Thursday night)
