We are currently recruiting for a professional and reliable Receptionist to provide ad hoc front-of-house cover for a client based in Uxbridge. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who is looking for flexible work, with the potential for ongoing assignments.
Important Location Information
The role is approximately a 20-minute journey from the nearest station. Candidates must be within a 45-minute commute of Uxbridge and be willing to either drive or travel via bus to reach the site.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
Dates Required
9th June, 30th June to 15th July (There is also the potential for further bookings after these dates.)
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors and staff
- Managing a busy reception desk in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Managing emails and carrying out general administrative tasks
- Ensuring the reception area remains clean, organised, and presentable at all times

- Previous reception or front-of-house experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Able to commute to Uxbridge within 45 minutes
