The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Hours: 8-5pm Monday - Friday. (Overtime is available and optional)

What You'll Do:

  • Preventative Maintenance: Plan and execute maintenance activities to keep our machinery in top shape.
  • Quality Checks: Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on equipment to maintain high standards.
  • Fault Diagnosis: Identify and diagnose equipment faults efficiently and accurately.
  • Emergency Repairs: Carry out emergency repairs safely to minimise downtime.
  • Procedure Development: Assist in creating and updating maintenance procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of faults, repairs, and testing for continuous improvement.
  • Production Support: Help set up production lines and monitor inventory and order spare parts for reactive fixes as and when they occur.
  • Collaborative Work: Work closely with Production and Account Managers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Varied Duties: Take on other relevant tasks as requested, contributing to the overall success of the team.

What We're Looking For:

  • Technical Knowledge: A solid general knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance is essential.
  • Engineering Qualification: While an engineering qualification is desirable, it is not mandatory.
  • Manufacturing Insight: A good understanding of manufacturing processes will give you an edge.
