Servara Ltd are partnering with a well established maintenance contractor based in Cornwall to recruit an experienced Carpenter to deliver high quality responsive maintenance works within occupied domestic properties. This role offers stability, variety, and the chance to make a real difference to customers in their homes.

Carpenter duties will include:

  • Attending pre booked appointments within occupied properties
  • Completing a range of carpentry repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Carrying out all associated works required to finish each job to a high standard
  • Logging, updating, and recording job information using a smartphone or tablet

The Carpenter will need:

  • A recognised Carpentry qualification or proven time served experience
  • Previous experience in a similar maintenance or domestic repair role
  • Basic competency in additional trades such as plumbing, tiling, and painting
  • Strong communication skills and a professional approach with customers
  • A clean driving licence
  • Own tools suitable for day to day carpentry repairs
