Experienced Bathroom Fitter required to work on void social housing properties in West Cornwall – Truro down. This position will start as a temporary role for up to 12 weeks through us as the agency. It may transition to a permanent contract if both parties are happy. Salary will be £35,000 - £37,440 per annum.

Day to Day

  • Working in empty council properties installing new bathrooms for new tenants
  • Competent in the entire process of ripping out old and installing a new bathroom to the spec provided
  • Tiling, paneling, flooring, sealing, painting, installing sink, bath, toilet etc
  • Doing the jobs to the correct standard
  • Reporting to the supervisor on progress
  • Driving a work van safely and responsibly

Requirements

  • Plumbing qualifications desirable
  • Extensive experience fitting bathrooms
  • Good attitude
  • Honest and reliable
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Good references from previous bathroom fitting jobs
  • DBS will be carried out
