Experienced Bathroom Fitter required to work on void social housing properties in West Cornwall – Truro down. This position will start as a temporary role for up to 12 weeks through us as the agency. It may transition to a permanent contract if both parties are happy. Salary will be £35,000 - £37,440 per annum.
Day to Day
- Working in empty council properties installing new bathrooms for new tenants
- Competent in the entire process of ripping out old and installing a new bathroom to the spec provided
- Tiling, paneling, flooring, sealing, painting, installing sink, bath, toilet etc
- Doing the jobs to the correct standard
- Reporting to the supervisor on progress
- Driving a work van safely and responsibly
Requirements
- Plumbing qualifications desirable
- Extensive experience fitting bathrooms
- Good attitude
- Honest and reliable
- Full UK driving licence
- Good references from previous bathroom fitting jobs
- DBS will be carried out
