Project Manager - Rail Systems

Location: Melksham, UK

Position: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of large-scale rail systems projects. You will take projects from initiation through to completion, managing technical, commercial, and stakeholder aspects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate project teams and stakeholders.
  • Manage client relationships and expectations throughout the project.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Plan, implement, and track project tasks, timelines, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and manage project risks.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Maximise opportunities through project change management processes.

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering or technical discipline.

  • Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe.
