We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our production and site operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and excellence across all areas of the business.
About the Role
The Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of production and related operations, ensuring smooth workflow, effective team leadership, and consistent delivery of high-quality products. You will play a key role in driving efficiency, managing resources, and supporting the company’s ongoing growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities across production, logistics, and site functions
- Lead and develop a dedicated team, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and quality standards
