A great opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join our independent client based in Leyton E10.

  • Canvassing activities to generate new business.
  • Calling buyers and tenants on all new properties that come to the market.
  • Coordinating and carrying out property viewings.
  • Learn how to effectively market properties to attract potential buyers and tenants.
  • Matching prospective buyers and tenants to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly.
  • Maintaining regular contact with buyers, tenants, vendors and landlords.
  • Learn how to guide buyers and vendors through the sales process from offer to legal completion.
  • Learn how to guide tenants and landlords through the rental process to move in.
  • Contributing to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis.
  • Learning all administration and lettings legislation and processes.
  • Full training will be provided.

Hours: Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 6.00pm, Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, every Saturday 9.00am to 4.00pm with a day off in the week (5 day week).

Salary: OTE of £25,000 - £30,000 pa basic salary to be discussed.
