The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive full training and ongoing support to develop the skills you need to succeed. You'll work closely with experienced consultants and learn every aspect of the recruitment process – from sourcing top candidates to building lasting relationships with schools.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Source and interview candidates for teaching and support roles
  • Build strong relationships with schools across Yorkshire
  • Manage job adverts, applications, and compliance documentation
  • Match candidates to roles
  • Provide excellent service to both clients and candidates
