ROLE: Die Cleaner

HOURS: Day Shift: Monday-Thursday (Apply online only) Friday (Apply online only)

SALARY: £14.94 per hour plus shift allowance and benefits

We are looking for an experienced Die Cleaner to join our established Toolroom based at our Clover Nook site, Somercotes.

WHAT OUR DIE CLEANERS DO:

  • Be responsible for all new and existing tooling on site
  • Ensure all types of extrusion tools are stripped, cleaned and assembled ready for production
  • Ensure all new tooling is polished to a production standard

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR DIE CLEANERS:

  • Basic Engineering background/knowledge
  • Previous use of polishing equipment
  • Knowledge and experience of extrusion/hand tools an advantage but not essential
  • Good communication skills and practical thinking
  • Ability to keep pace, in a high-volume production environment
  • Experience of working in a factory environment and working long shifts, on your feet
