Are you a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer looking to join an industry leading, continually expanding company who offer a fantastic salary & benefits package alongside continued training & development to upskill their dedicated workforce? This fantastic company are very well established & specialise in the production & supply of fresh produce. They work under the UK’s largest fresh produce supplier and are continually looking to expand.

An exciting opportunity is now on offer for a multiskilled Maintenance Engineer with experience in the FMCG/ manufacturing/production sectors to join the team on a permanent basis. In this role you will be assisting the Operations teams in achieving maximum productivity by minimising downtime through planned & reactive plant maintenance, repairs and improvement works alongside project‑based installation & continuous improvement works whilst adhering to strict health & safety & food guidelines & maintaining a safe place to work for all employees.

The role:

  • Planned & preventative maintenance in an FMCG environment
  • Mechanical & electrical works
  • Work in accordance with Health and Safety & food standard guidelines
  • 4‑week shift rotation (1 weekend in 4)

The Person:

  • Suitably qualified Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer from an FMCG background
  • Team player with excellent work ethic & a right‑first‑time attitude
  • 18th Edition and current electrical wiring standards and industrial machine control along with safety circuit knowledge and experience
  • Looking to work for a leading UK company who are keen to continually upskill their employees
