They work under the UK’s largest fresh produce supplier and are continually looking to expand.
An exciting opportunity is now on offer for a multiskilled Maintenance Engineer with experience in the FMCG/ manufacturing/production sectors to join the team on a permanent basis. In this role you will be assisting the Operations teams in achieving maximum productivity by minimising downtime through planned & reactive plant maintenance, repairs and improvement works alongside project‑based installation & continuous improvement works whilst adhering to strict health & safety & food guidelines & maintaining a safe place to work for all employees.
The role:
- Planned & preventative maintenance in an FMCG environment
- Mechanical & electrical works
- Work in accordance with Health and Safety & food standard guidelines
- 4‑week shift rotation (1 weekend in 4)
The Person:
- Suitably qualified Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer from an FMCG background
- Team player with excellent work ethic & a right‑first‑time attitude
- 18th Edition and current electrical wiring standards and industrial machine control along with safety circuit knowledge and experience
- Looking to work for a leading UK company who are keen to continually upskill their employees
