Location: Variety of schools in Tonbridge and Malling

Contract: Temporary (with potential for long-term opportunities)

Start date: Flexible

Pay: 130 to 200 per day (dependent upon experience, training, qualifications)

Term Time Teachers are currently seeking an engaging and experienced English Teacher to join supportive and high achieving secondary schools across Tonbridge and Malling. If you have a love for teaching English and have the ability to engage students in English lessons, we want to hear from you!

Role Overview
  • Deliver high-quality English lessons across Key Stages
  • Plan and create engaging, curriculum led lessons
  • Encourage an interest of reading, writing, and communication
  • Monitor student progress and support academic development
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching English in UK secondary schools
  • Excellent subject knowledge and strong classroom control
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
  • Legal right to work in the UK
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
