About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to oversee residential housing developments across the Teesside region. This is a long-term opportunity for someone looking to grow with a stable and forward-thinking construction business, delivering high-quality housing schemes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
  • Maintain high standards of health & safety in line with company and legal requirements
  • Monitor progress against programme and report to senior management
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with specifications and building regulations
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues promptly

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential housing developments
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, particularly volume or bespoke housing
  • Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold Card), and First Aid certification
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and meet deadlines effectively
  • Full UK driving licence
