Are you a Van Driver looking for a new challenge? How does home delivery sound but with no more than 12 drops a day, yes you read that right no more than 12 drops!

Working any 5 over 7 days on a rota basis 4 weeks + ahead. 07:00am starts, £14.42 per hour.

Duties:

  • Safely operate a van to transport goods and deliver to customer homes
  • Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries
  • Load and unload cargo, some assembly work may be involved but full training will be provided
  • Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations

Experience:

  • Previous experience as a van driver or in a similar role is preferred
  • Valid driving licence with a clean driving record
  • Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and safety standards
  • Ability to navigate using GPS or maps
  • Strong communication skills to interact with customers or passengers
  • Physical fitness for heavy lifting and loading/unloading cargo
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus
