A housing provider in Berkshire is currently looking to recruit a permanent senior planned works surveyor to join their asset management team.
Purpose of the role: To project manage planned component replacement programmes across all stock, ensuring robust financial and management information is maintained. Recruit, support and manage a team of Surveyors, allocating and overseeing all works assigned to them, including the planned component replacements, major works and planned maintenance programmes alongside energy efficiency projects.
Candidates must have:
- Solid technical knowledge and hands-on experience in building surveying
- HNC/HND or CIOB qualification
- Strong track record of managing contracts, writing specifications, and delivering projects within budget
- Hold full UK driving licence with access to a roadworthy car
