Temporary to Permanent Opportunity

We're looking for a hands-on and reliable Warehouse Operative to join a small, friendly team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of warehouse work and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. This role is starting on an immediate basis. Due to the location, you will be required to have your own transport, as no public transport operates near the site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately pick items according to order lists
  • Pack, label and prepare orders for dispatch
  • Ensure all outgoing goods meet quality and packaging standards
  • Work efficiently to complete daily order requirements
Stock Handling & Organisation
  • Receive and check incoming deliveries
  • Unload goods and move items to correct stock locations
  • Update stock areas and maintain correct product placement
  • Rotate stock when needed and identify damaged items
Forklift Operation (Occasional)
  • Operate a counterbalance forklift when required
  • Assist with pallet movements, unloading deliveries, and relocating bulk items
  • Carry out safety checks and follow forklift safety guidelines
What You'll Need
  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (ideal but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and good work ethic
  • Ability to work well within a small team
  • Reliability and readiness to get stuck in
