We are recruiting for a Trainee Welder/Fabricator to join a busy engineering company based in Tewkesbury. The successful candidate will ideally be looking for a hands-on role with an opportunity to train further and learn a trade within both a busy factory team and onsite.

The Role:

  • Assisting with and training in welding and general fabrication work
  • Helping with onsite work as required
  • General labouring tasks
  • Supporting the workshop team and learning to weld and work with metals
  • Ability to work within a workshop environment and site work
  • Cleaning and general maintenance of workshop
  • Adhoc duties as required

The Person:

  • Reliable team player
  • Confident and a quick learner
  • Some experience using hand tools an advantage
  • Able to use initiative and work under pressure
  • Ability to adhere to strict health and safety guidelines
  • Carry out overtime as required
  • Full UK Driver's licence - Essential

Salary: 13-14 p/hr + DOE + company benefits

Full time hours. Temporary to permanent contract.
