Our client is hiring for a talented Test Engineer to join their team on a 6-12 month basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to both functional and non-functional testing activities.

What you'll be doing:

  • Planning and executing testing activities, including discovery capture, test definition, and effort estimation within a risk-based approach.
  • Developing, debugging, and refactoring test scripts under supervision.
  • Collaborating closely with software developers to ensure a shared understanding of the code base and test coverage at the unit level.
  • Working with analysts to ensure business scenarios are accurately reflected in acceptance test scripts.
  • Managing and raising awareness of defects, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Conducting both functional and non-functional testing to verify application quality.
