Our client based in Tottenham is seeking experienced Warehouse Scanning Assistants to join their friendly team on a temporary basis. We are seeking experienced staff to assist our client on a temporary project to complete some upcoming mailing work. You should have previous experience of mailing work. Please be aware that the job may involve heavy lifting between 10-20kg.
Responsibilities
- Preparing documents to be scanned
- Scanning documents
- Removing paper clips, staples or sticky post-it notes
- Ensuring that the corners are flat and no bent; that barcodes are visible to enable machine to scan the documents
Candidate Requirements
- Able to use scanners
- Good with computers
- Great attention to details
- Previous experience within printing/mailing
- Able to work both independently and as part of the team
- Be self-motivated and highly organized with good attention to detail
- Confident ability to work to deadlines
- Great level of English
- Be quality conscious and efficient with good communication skills
- Reliable, team player that works well with others
- Good understanding of Health & Safety in this environment
- Committed and Reliable
Shift: Monday to Friday 7am-3pm
