Responsibilities
- Control all financial aspects for the given entity and business partner with all departments.
- Manage the reporting aspects around forecasting and budget preparation for the whole of the UK, occasionally touching on European divisions.
- Month‑end processes – management of the financial results, including communications.
- Review third‑party month‑end accountant journals and processes.
- Month‑end reporting – monthly reporting for all UK entities, preparing and variance analysis.
- Strategic participation and support for decision making.
- Statutory reporting, including National Statistics.
- Liaise with the US to ensure compliance.
- Weekly pay run authorisation.
- Manage foreign bank accounts, ensuring appropriate funds.
