Temporary Production Operative
Location: Milton Park, Oxfordshire
Job Type: Temporary (2-3 months)
Shifts Available: Various day and night shifts
Pay Rate: Rates dependant on shift pattern
Full Training Provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembling, testing, quality checking and packaging products
- Basic soldering duties
- Ensuring quality and performance targets are met
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
- Working effectively as part of a team
About You:
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and hardworking with a positive attitude
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
