We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established food production company based in Mitcham, Surrey, for a Temporary HR/Data Administration Assistant to support the HR team on an ongoing temporary basis for the next few weeks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised, professional, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing personal employee data and documentation
- Checking records against the Workday system
- Securely shredding confidential documents where appropriate
- Uploading and maintaining records on the system where required
- Ensuring all information is handled accurately and confidentially
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional and discreet approach when handling sensitive personal data
- Strong administrative skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Previous experience using Workday would be highly desirable
