Our successful manufacturing client based in Stafford Park is looking for a full-time temporary to permanent Production Manager to join their senior team and drive the production and quality.
As the Production Manager, you will be planning and leading the day-to-day production activities, overseeing the whole production process, identifying opportunities for process improvement, making recommendations where necessary, adopting a continuous improvement approach ideally using LEAN manufacturing methods.
As part of this role, you will be generating production reports, analysing KPI's and providing them to Directors monthly and within budget, increasing the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company's capacity.
In addition, you will be creating and executing daily, weekly, monthly and annual production schedules, taking responsibility for the maintenance of factory equipment, ensuring that factory hygiene and health and safety standards are achieved and maintained in line with internal and regulatory requirements, liaising with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements.
