Our successful and well-established manufacturing company based in Stafford Park is looking for a full time temporary to permanent HR Manager to join the team and drive the employees and company forward.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the smooth operation and sustained growth of the organisation.
  • Overseeing various departments, including human resources, health and safety, and operations, ensuring they work collaboratively towards the company's strategic goals.
  • Fostering collaboration among teams, setting performance standards, and guiding the implementation of corporate policies.
  • Motivating and managing the performance of teams across different departments to ensure productivity and employee satisfaction.
  • Providing HR advice, mediations, conflict resolution, payroll, health and safety management, and recruitment including references, contracts, and inductions.
  • Managing training and development, annual appraisals, strategic planning, policy creation and reviews.
  • Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers and other external partners to secure the most advantageous terms.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements to protect the company from potential risks and liabilities.
  • Driving innovation and operational improvements to streamline processes and increase efficiency throughout the company.

Ideal Candidate

  • HR Experience: 3 Years
  • CIPD Qualified (Preferred not essential)

Hours: 25-30 Hours over 5 Days - Flexible

Salary: £20.24 per hour
