We're working with a growing contractor operating at the forefront of cladding remediation and building safety. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an ambitious Technical Specialist to support the delivery of complex residential remediation schemes. This is an excellent opportunity to develop within a high-demand, specialist sector, working alongside experienced teams on safety-critical projects.
The Role
- Support the coordination and delivery of technical design on remediation schemes
- Review and manage design information, ensuring compliance with current regulations
- Work closely with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
- Assist in resolving technical queries (RFIs) and on-site design issues
- Contribute to building safety and compliance across all stages of delivery
Experience
- Experience of Technical Coordinator
- Experience in a technical/design role within construction (residential preferred)
- Strong understanding of fire engineering principles and building safety regulations
- Knowledge of cladding systems, façade packages, or remediation works (desirable)
- Familiar with Building Regulations, particularly fire compliance
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and keen to learn within a specialist field
