Are you an experienced Technical Operator looking for a new job in Telford (Shropshire) that can offer you long-term stability? We are proud to be working with an FMCG manufacturer in Telford who are looking for up to 5 Technical Operators to join them on a straight permanent basis. You will be working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (12 hour days and nights, 06:00 / 18:00) and the annual salary will range between £35,200 - £36,300 per annum.
The Recruitment Process

- Assessment & Hiring Event: Successful candidates will be invited to the factory in Telford for a 2-hour session including an interview, technical discussion, and a factory tour.
Key Responsibilities
