Key Responsibilities
- Retailer Partnerships: Act as the primary technical point of contact for major retailers, managing audits and ensuring 100% compliance with specific customer codes of practice.
- Strategy Execution: Own the technical roadmap, driving improvements in product quality, shelf-life, and waste reduction.
- Supply Chain Integrity: Manage food safety and quality standards across the entire supply chain, from crop production to final delivery.
