Your new school Hays Education is currently looking to recruit experienced primary school Teaching Assistants with a particular focus on implementing intervention and behaviour strategies with pupils. The school is seeking a Teaching Assistant for pupils of primary age who require some extra assistance in core curriculum subjects with a view to achieving required outcome results by using intervention strategies such as Jolly Phonics, Read Write Inc, Letters and Sounds, Voices24 and Start Right.
Therefore experience in these areas is a must along with confidence, enthusiasm and motivation for the classroom and as a Teaching Assistant. You will be required to work with pupils in the main classroom or with smaller groups and occasional 1:1 where required; some pupils who you will work with may need guidance in their behaviour and concentration as well as their academic work.
