On behalf of a fantastic client based in the Southwest, we are looking to speak with .NET engineers with WPF and VUE experience. You will work on a mix of modern service-based systems and established desktop applications that interface with custom hardware:

  • Lead the development of a new microservices project using the latest Microsoft technologies.
  • Support upcoming modernisation initiatives, including an Azure migration.
  • Design, develop, and maintain desktop and web applications using C#, WPF, and Vue.js.
  • Have meaningful input into architectural design ensuring solutions adhere to SOLID principles.
  • Collaborate closely with electrical, systems, and test engineers.

Requirements

  • Significant commercial software development experience (minimum 5 years) with a focus on architecture.
  • Strong proficiency in C#, WPF, Vue.js, and microservices architecture.
  • A passion for high-quality code, code reviews, and robust CI/CD processes.
  • Full right to work in the UK.
  • Basic understanding of electronic circuits or industrial environments is advantageous but not essential.
