Insurance Advisor Location: Taunton, Somerset (Hybrid role)

Hybrid Working: During probation full time in the office, thereafter 2/3 days per week.

Salary: Up to 30,000 PA DOE, OTE circa 35,000 PA.

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Engage with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs
  • Provide tailored advice and solutions across a range of personal and commercial insurance products
  • Build long-term relationships through trust, expertise, and proactive communication
  • Identify opportunities to grow the client base through networking, referrals, and outreach
  • Work closely with a supportive team of professionals in a collaborative environment

What We're Looking For

  • Insurance experience preferred; experience in a similar regulatory sector also considered
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working independently
  • Cert CII qualified or willing to work towards it (support provided)
  • Genuine interest in helping people protect what matters most
