About My Client: Due to significant growth, my client is looking to appoint a Logistics and Transport Consultant focusing on the driving market. You must have a proven background in the recruitment industry within the Logistics or Transport sector and be motivated to win and secure new A‑Z business/accounts as well as possessing strong account management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Build and develop a senior recruitment consultancy specializing in the driving market.
- Secure new business and maintain long‑term relationships with client companies.
- Recruit and support a team of consultants around you, eventually growing the division.
- Work strategically and thrive under pressure while developing your desk/division.
- Enjoy a high commission plus a basic salary of £33K, with additional benefits.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 24+ months' experience in recruitment within the logistics/driving sector.
- Knowledge of all legal and driving legislation.
- Strong account‑management and client‑relationship skills.
- Aspirations to grow the client’s driving division and become a director in the future.
