- Monday to Thursday: 6:00am-1:30pm / 1:30pm-9:00pm

About the Role
MET are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team. The position requires a high level of precision, concentration, and consistency due to the repetitive nature of the tasks. Full training will be provided; however, previous production experience is desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out precision bonding work on PCB panels
- Maintaining a steady hand and high level of accuracy
- Completing repetitive tasks to a consistent standard
- Supporting the coating process when required
- Attaching patches to specific areas on PCB panels
- Following all health & safety and quality procedures
Requirements
- Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to carry out repetitive tasks
- Steady hand and ability to work with precision
- Reliable and able to work rotating shifts
