We are looking for an experienced CNC Cutter Grinder to join a well‑established and supportive manufacturing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a skilled group of 18 CNC professionals, within a wider team of 28, where progression and development are encouraged.
The Role
- Setting, programming and operating CNC grinding machines (Walter, Rollomatic or ANCA).
- Producing tools to a high level of accuracy and precision.
- Reading and working from technical drawings and specifications.
- Inspecting and measuring completed tools using both standard and advanced measuring equipment.
- Troubleshooting machine and tooling issues to minimise downtime.
- Maintaining a safe, clean and efficient work environment.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience on Walter, ANCA or Rollomatic CNC grinding machines.
- Strong technical ability in setting and machine operation.
- High attention to detail with excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
- Commitment to health & safety standards.
