We are looking for an experienced CNC Cutter Grinder to join a well‑established and supportive manufacturing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a skilled group of 18 CNC professionals, within a wider team of 28, where progression and development are encouraged.

The Role

  • As a CNC Cutter Grinder, you'll play a key role in the production of both standard and bespoke precision cutting tools.
  • Your responsibilities will include:
    • Setting, programming and operating CNC grinding machines (Walter, Rollomatic or ANCA).
    • Producing tools to a high level of accuracy and precision.
    • Reading and working from technical drawings and specifications.
    • Inspecting and measuring completed tools using both standard and advanced measuring equipment.
    • Troubleshooting machine and tooling issues to minimise downtime.
    • Maintaining a safe, clean and efficient work environment.

What We're Looking For

  • We're seeking someone who can hit the ground running with experience in CNC cutter grinding.
  • The ideal candidate will have:
    • Proven experience on Walter, ANCA or Rollomatic CNC grinding machines.
    • Strong technical ability in setting and machine operation.
    • High attention to detail with excellent problem‑solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
