Aspire People are recruiting School Administrators for local Primary and Secondary Schools. Applicants must have prior school administration experience and proficiency in SIMS and/or Arbor. Positions are temporary, with work hours 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Full‑time and part‑time roles are available throughout the school year; some may transition to permanent contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Enter data into SIMS/Arbor.
- Answer phones and take messages.
- Type letters and memos.
- File, fax, and photocopy documents.
- Communicate with parents and pupils.
Qualifications:
- Proactive, hardworking, and able to meet strict deadlines.
- Not afraid to take on new tasks, able to multi‑task.
- Outgoing with a friendly personality.
- Valid DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one.
Placements are subject to appropriate child‑protection screening, including checks with former employers and Disclosure and Barring Checks.
