Location: Swindon, Royal Wootten Bassett
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Hourly Rate: 12.78
Monday to Friday, Hours between 08:00-17:00; shift TBC.

- Supporting the implementation of service management principles.
- Processing documents efficiently and accurately.
- Mapping processes and understanding workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Building and maintaining excellent working relationships at all levels.
- Juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while staying organised and methodical.
- Has at least 3 years' experience in document processing or similar operational environments.
- Possesses a strong understanding of service management principles.
- Is proficient in IT skills including Word, spreadsheets, databases, email, and web use.
- Communicates with clarity and confidence, presenting professionally at all times.
- Can build and maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Is organized and methodical, capable of juggling multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.
- Has experience in mapping processes and understanding workflows.
