Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for an Account Manager to join a successful fit-out company based in the Swindon area. This is a rare opportunity for someone with a background in shop fit out account management to work within a dynamic and growing business.
Key Duties
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients and appointed partners.
- Ensure professional and high-quality customer service is delivered at all times.
- Manage enquiries, cost documents, and financial accounts within agreed timescales.
- Monitor and ensure accuracy of client pricing documents and templates.
- Review and produce project final accounts for presentation and negotiation.
- Audit new business estimating activities and support successful tender submissions.
- Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Liaise with clients and partners regarding commercial matters.
- Oversee prototype development processes and manage expectations.
- Monitor quotations for accuracy against project drawings and schedules.
- Manage stock levels to maintain commercial efficiency.
- Produce weekly reports on project quotations and final account status.
- Monitor pricing rates and maintain commercial competitiveness.
- Update business sales forecast documents monthly.
Requirements
- Previous experience within shop fit out account management.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Ability to apply commercial judgement and negotiation skills effectively.
- Experience working within retail interiors and display equipment sectors.
- Ability to interpret drawings, schedules, bills of materials, and client control documents.
- Understanding of tendering processes and methods of working.
- Relevant qualification or suitable account management experience.
