Interim Finance Officer – Swindon (until August 2026)
Hybrid full‑time role with on‑site car parking, based in Swindon.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming payments, posting and reconciling transactions in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all income is recorded and reconciled accurately and timely, with relevant evidence uploaded into the finance system.
- Monitor the cash balances and provide regular cash flow forecast reports to the Head of Finance.
- Manage the monthly reconciling of credit card purchases.
- Issue sales invoices, updating account information and records of clients.
- Monitor the Aged Debtors and advise on possible doubtful debts.
- Ensure that all payments are processed in line with internal policies.
- Undertake day‑to‑day accounts receivable activities.
- Assist the Purchase Ledger Team Lead with data required for procurement purposes.
- Undertake processing of invoices and the sending of Purchase Orders.
