Currently working with a Swindon-based manufacturer on a 4 month interim Financial Controller position. This role is helping backfill a stop-gap within the finance team whilst the directors recruit for a permanent appointment.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience operating as an Interim Financial Controller
- Experience managing and supporting finance teams
- Oversight of month-end processes and audits (reviewing rather than leading)
- Strong technical accounting capability, including tax and VAT matters
This role will be on a hybrid basis (2 days on, 3 days off) and will be Inside IR35!
