Pinpoint Resourcing are working with an exciting business who are actively seeking an Accounts Payable Admin to join the team at their office in Swanley.
Duties:
- Input invoices accurately
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve queries
- Recording & reconciliation of credit card transactions
- Regular contact with internal stakeholders
- Reconciliation and maintenance of multiple ledgers
- Ad-hoc reporting and other duties as required
Requirements:
- Experience in an Accounts Payable position
- Strong communication skills
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000
Working: Hybrid Working, 3 days in the office
