This role will take ownership of the company's sustainability and ESG strategy across operations and the supply chain, working closely with senior leadership to drive compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement aligned to Net Zero objectives.
Sustainability Manager responsibilities include:
- Leading sustainability and ESG strategy aligned to business goals and Net Zero targets.
- Maintaining and improving the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
- Monitoring compliance with environmental legislation and industry standards.
- Managing sustainability data, metrics, and external/internal reporting.
- Driving carbon reduction, energy efficiency, and waste reduction initiatives.
- Promoting sustainability awareness and engagement across the business.
