Experienced Support Worker / SEN Specialist Nanny (Female) Required in St Neots, Cambridgeshire.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist a 6‑year‑old boy with cerebral palsy and additional needs at home with personal care, nutrition, medical and leisure activities.

Requirements:

  • Must have a full clean driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Prior experience in support roles with children, specialist nanny roles, school based TA roles or paediatric healthcare assistant roles is essential.

Hours:

  • 06:30 to 09:30 (paid for four hours) weekdays
  • 15:00 to 20:00 weekdays
  • Additional hours during school holidays and occasional Sundays.

Rates of Pay:

  • £17.00 per hour for weekday day shift
  • £19.00 per hour for weekend day shift
  • Morning weekday shifts paid as four hours for a three hour shift.

Two excellent references and an enhanced DBS check are required. Gender is considered to be a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010. The employer does not offer a visa sponsorship scheme.
