Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting Supply Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of primary schools in Grimsby and the surrounding areas. About the Role: As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting teachers and pupils across a range of year groups. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting teachers with classroom activities and learning support.
  • Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils.
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in lessons.
  • Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) when required.
  • Helping to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.

Assignments can vary from day-to-day supply to longer-term placements, offering flexibility and variety.
