A rewarding opportunity has become available for a Youth Worker to join an educational setting based in Stroud, supporting children and young people with additional needs. This Youth Worker role offers the chance to work in a highly supportive school located in the Stroud area. The Role:- Help young people who may struggle with emotional regulation, behaviour, or social interaction

- Work alongside teachers and SEN professionals to implement tailored support strategies

- Help maintain a calm, structured, and inclusive classroom environment

- From a background in Psychology, Education, Counselling, Care, or similar (desirable)

- Previous experience working with children, youth work, care, or support roles is beneficial but not essential for this Stroud-based opportunity.
